As you can probably predict, the Weed Store doesn’t actually sell recreational weed here. Instead they sell Weed, CA branded souvenirs. The town was named after Abner Weed, an influential man who built a lumber company, a hotel, and held land in the area. If you are a cannabis fanatic or tourist with a sense of humor this is a fun place to buy souvenirs and take pictures. Store employees are friendly and there is a decent selection of stickers, signs, hats, beanies, mugs. These products are guaranteed to get a reaction out of friends or even strangers. Outside the store you’ll have a great view of Mount Shasta.
