I don’t have a boat, but I have a friend that does! We took off at Rivers End Marina & RV where it was $10 to launch. We headed to Franks Tract State Recreation Area which is a nice area to do year-round tubing, fishing, swimming, camping and picnicking. We stopped at the Sugar Barge restaurant and parked the boat at their marina for some yummy burgers and homemade potato chips.
The people living at Rivers End Marina are extremely nice. We ran out of gasoline in the boat and had only one paddle. A nice man living in a floating house gave us some gasoline for free to get back. If you’re lucky you might see a sea lion trying to grab a bite to eat here.
