Secret Cove Beach

This is a cool spot in Lake Tahoe to take a dip and it is officially listed as a nude beach.  Sadly, I didn’t see any nudity when I was there in the fall, perhaps the weather was too cold. The views are very similar to Sand Harbor State Park but a lot cheaper and smaller, you just have to hike a bit to find it.  Follow the trail sign that says Trail to Beach and you’ll be there in roughly 20 minutes.  The white boulders, soft sand, and the blue water are absolutely beautiful.  Close to Secret Cove Beach is Chimney Beach, named for the chimney randomly placed in the middle of the beach.
