Do you love candy? If yes, this is the place for you. The tour is free! The samples are free! The photo they take of you is not free – $25 for the whole package. The self guided tour only takes about 30 minutes if you read the displays and watch the videos. On weekdays you’ll see workers and jelly bean production, but on the weekends, jelly beans are not being made. There are videos playing at every part of the jelly bean processing area, there are artifacts from the Ronald Reagan Museum collection, Jelly Bean Art, Jelly Bean games, and my favorite the Jelly Bean Smelling area.
At the gift shop you can try three samples of jelly belly products at a time, and can line up for more to try the rest. They sell fudge, ice cream, sandwiches if you are in the mood for other snacks. Belly Flops are a super popular product since they are 50% cheaper than the standard beans and are just jelly beans that do not pass QA due to their irregular shapes and deformity.
